Sales Representative (wastewater treatment)

Job description / Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers in Romania according to the defined client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with design offices and engineers to ensure company products are specified in projects for local government units.
• Actively participate in industry tenders and bidding processes.
• Conduct negotiations with investors and developers constructing large facilities without access to sanitary sewage systems.
• Work in the field for four days per week and perform one day of work from home (Home Office).
• Achieve sales targets and demonstrate a strong, results‑driven approach.
• Maintain long‑term, stable relationships with key clients.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of the wastewater treatment and environmental technology market.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Fluent english.
• Drivers license.
• Knowledge of the wastewater treatment market.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Ability to acquire new customers and maintain long‑term relationships with them.
